Pic of the Week

I was at the museum this past Saturday for a brief time and while I was in the gift shop talking to Doreen a gentleman walked in and asked if they accepted donations. He proceeded to show us several items including a handful of his families pictures that included Brockway's. So I took a couple pics with my phone so I could share them here for pic of the week.

I didn't get his first name but his last name was Neville and his family drove for Crowley Milk. This is a vintage pic from the mid 30's and I have included pic of the back of it with the written info...

Mike Pacitto forwarded me these two pictures of Bruce Taylor's (Gomer's) 1962 Brockway hauling cranberries the other day! So we have another 2 for 1 special for this weeks Pic of the Week!

Joe D stopped by the garage on Sunday to check out our progress and dropped off this picture he found of a Brockway that is still working! It is a 1967 N358TL-20-67840. Hopefully Joe will be able to provide some additional information...

Here is a pic of a wrecker I found over on the Garage Journal website. It was taken in 2012 at Lead East... Looks like the grill guard was changed at one time to a later one (with the headlights mounted off of the frame...) Picture courtesy of 'spidergearsman'
